Everything but Soul Reaping, Fast Casting, Energy Storage, and Inspiration, I believe.
They're collectors only, so you'll have to hunt down the person you want. Here's a list of the staves and where the collector for that attribute staff you want.

my favourites :

Arcane staff
Bo staff
Celestial staff
Forbidden staff
Zodiac staff

I prefer uninsc stuff whenever I can
though the tengu staff looks cool also

In general, I like:
Rago skin
'Metal' skin

The rest depends on attire, at least for me, but I like:
Tengu

I can't really think of other staff skins, as I don't think most go with my armors. Maybe zodiac or celestial. But I like wands/offhands more than staves anyway. My favorite would be a Dragon's Breath Wand, which is fire attribute.

Enscorseling (spelling?) staff is cool too, nice animation on it. (The Trickster, Mesmer Domination Staff uses it)

i like the dragon spire staff ... look so cool with the dragon head on the "staff head " part. only that most i found are high req , so i merch them

isnt that abit off topic? dragon spire staves only come in inspiration magic.

hm,
skins I like:
zodiac and celestial are nice.
obsidian earth staves are cool looking,
I would really like to find a max outcast staff sometime
I like the fuchsia staves in eye as well as the dolyak ones
the ancient moss staff looks nice, though have never seen one up close and the same goes for the icicle staff.
and I would really like to get either a chrysocola staff or an onyx one someday.

my favorite one I own is Ilsundur's staff----it was even my ele who got it out of the chest

Current favourite is BMP Tengu staff. Its...uh...spikey.

Any of those with animations are on my cool list.
